Mr Lekh Raj Mehta (MA, LLB, LLM.)
Mr Mehta an alumnus of Banaras Hindu University and Lucknow University is one of the oldest practicing counsels in the Country. He is the first Masters of Law in the State of Rajasthan. He is legal luminary, academician, vivid reader, great orator. He has a tremendously rich experience of more than 75 years and is still actively participating in Court proceedings and regularly advising his valued clients. He has been involved in numerous legal matters involving complex legal issues; he has been instrumental in various landmark judgments which have been widely reported in law journals. He has appeared for various Companies, Institutions, Government departments, Politicians, Religious trusts and erstwhile rulers etc.
He has delivered numerous lectures on subjects of law and religion in various parts of country and also in Russia and England. He has participated in various legal seminars and have arranged moot court competitions and law debates for law students within the Country. He has been awarded and recognized with number of awards and accolades. He was also awarded with highest recognition known as “Hathi Sropav” by Jodhpur Royal family and was conferred with Pride of Marwar by Times of India.
Mr. Ramit Mehta, B.Com (Hons in Accounting & Management) LLB, LLM (University of Warwick, UK)
Mr. Mehta, an alumnus of University of Warwick continues the Seventy Five years old legacy of Mehta Chambers in the same fashion and with the same respect since the year 2004. An excellent academia, vivid reader, Mr. Mehta is a well known counsel in the State of Rajasthan. He has represented many big corporate and business houses across the nation especially in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and the Hon’ble High Court of Rajasthan. He advices his clients on various facets of law including Direct & Indirect taxes, Company laws, Banking Laws, Land Laws, Revenue Laws, Public and Private Trusts, Rent Control , Tenancy Laws, Stamp & Registration Laws, Mining Laws, Hindu Law and Labour Laws etc. and beholds a good repute in handling arbitration disputes. As per the terms and conditions of the Ministry of Education, Govt of India he was also awarded National Scholarship under the National Merit Scholarship Scheme for securing highest rank in the order of merit in the University for LL.B examination.
Mr. Mehta is an inspiration for future generations and continuously putting efforts for the development of future generation of lawyers by conducting Legal lectures, Seminars, Moot Court Competition and various other extracurricular activities.
A religious and philanthropist person by nature, Mr. Mehta has actively participated in development and protection of Jain Temple and actively involved in matters involving legal disputes of temples, religious trusts and religious organisations etc.

Mr. Dudia is an integral part of Mehta Chambers and is presently a Senior Associate. Mr. Dudia, a synonym for hard work has expertise in Civil, Mining, Taxation and Arbitration matters.
